Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Dubai. The hotel was fairly clean and had polite staff from the view to the receptionist. Booked twin/double room, that was provided with soft mattress and couple bed, for example.

Room was neat and elegant, the place itself was cozy! I loved the room with couple bed, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The food was great and there were lots of dishes in the menu. Deira Sheraton Hotel 2 bus station was very close to the property.

excellent home base for a 3-night stay. very very helpful staff, easy location and incredibly comfortable rooms. large beds, a mini bar fridge, a writing desk and ironing facilities were a nice touch.

Affordable hotel, lovely bed, excellent bar. The tasteful and non-smoking rooms. The food was awesome, we loved the continental breakfast. Great pool area too. The whole experience was excellent.

I liked my stay at this brand new hotel, non smoking rooms. Stayed in Wheelchair Accessible room, it worked well for me. The staff were ready to help when asked. It was across the pretty quiet area...

The breakfast was awesome, the staff was funny, strong wi-fi. We loved microwave and terrace. Had AMAZING service. Location was fantastic, 0.5 miles to Dubai airport, perfectly reachable.
